WE MUST UNITE AS ONE!
A UNIFIED CALL TO ACTION AGAINST FALSE ALLEGATIONS
Introduction
False accusations destroy lives, erode trust in the justice system, and inflict lasting harm on individuals and their families. If you know someone who has been falsely accused and imprisoned, we need to stand together. Our goal is to unite everyone affected by these injustices to highlight systemic failures and fight for truth and accountability.
Our Mission
We aim to:
1. Expose Injustices – Shine a light on fabricated accusations and the mechanisms that perpetuate wrongful convictions.
2. Support Victims – Provide a platform for those falsely accused to share their stories and advocate for change.
3. Build Awareness – Educate the public and policymakers on the profound failures within the justice system, including:
• Police coercion or manipulation of statements.
• CPS’s (or COPFS for Scotland) bias and unbalanced case handling.
• Defence teams failing to adequately represent their clients.
• Social workers fabricating stories or events that distort the truth.
• Appeal systems designed to obstruct proving innocence.
Confidentiality Statement
Your privacy and trust are our highest priority. Anything shared with us remains 100% confidential and will not be disclosed to any individual or organisation without your explicit consent. Your voice is safe with us.
How to Join Us
We encourage you to share your experiences and insights to build a collective force for change. If you’re ready to join the fight against these injustices:

• Share your story or insights into cases of false accusations.
• Let’s work together to ensure that no voice goes unheard.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking input and stories from those who have experienced or witnessed the following:
• Police Misconduct – Coercing or manipulating statements to construct false narratives.
• CPS (or COPFS for Scotland) Bias – Acting on partial evidence or making decisions that favour conviction over justice.
• Defence Shortcomings – Instances of inadequate representation during trials.
• Social Worker Fabrications – Cases where professionals distorted facts or created false scenarios.
• Flawed Appeal Systems – How these processes obstruct justice and make it nearly impossible to prove innocence.
A Call to Unite
We must combine our voices, efforts, and stories to expose these injustices and demand accountability. Together, we can shed light on systemic failures and work towards a fairer, more transparent justice system.
Join us and make a difference. Contact us at Accused.scot today.
Let’s unite for justice!
Protect Yourself: What Not to Include in Your Submissions
While sharing your story is vital to shedding light on injustices, it’s important to ensure your communication does not inadvertently cause legal issues or harm your case. Please keep the following in mind:
1. Avoid Naming Individuals or Organisations
Do not directly name individuals (e.g., police officers, CPS staff, social workers) or organisations involved in your case unless it is absolutely necessary and you are comfortable with the potential consequences.
2. Do Not Share Sensitive Case Details
Avoid disclosing specific evidence, documents, or details of your legal case that are not already in the public domain. Sharing such information may violate court orders or confidentiality rules.
3. Avoid Statements That Could Be Construed as Defamatory
Be careful with language that accuses others of wrongdoing without evidence, as this could expose you to claims of defamation or libel.
4. Steer Clear of Emotional or Threatening Language
Keep your submissions factual and measured. Avoid language that could be interpreted as aggressive, accusatory, or threatening, as this might harm your credibility.
5. Do Not Admit Fault or Implicate Yourself
Be mindful of the potential implications of your statements. Avoid admitting fault, discussing actions that could be misinterpreted, or implicating yourself in any way.
6. Respect Any Legal Restrictions
If your case is ongoing or subject to a gag order, ensure you comply with any legal restrictions on discussing the case publicly.
We welcome individuals to share their experiences with us to help expose injustices and raise awareness about false accusations. Please note that any information you provide will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be shared without your explicit consent. We ask that you focus on factual accounts and avoid including details that could violate court orders, confidentiality agreements, or data protection laws. By submitting information, you confirm that your contribution is truthful and free from defamatory or inflammatory content. Your privacy and legal protection are our priorities, and we are committed to handling your information responsibly and securely.
